Legal Agreement
The Affiliate will be required to sign a legal contract to
agree the operation and procedures as specified in the Affiliates
Contract.
Responsibilities
The Affiliate will be legally responsible for the
contracts that they negotiate and will
be liable for any wrong selling.
Forecast & achievements
The Affiliate will be expected to present forecast figures
for 6 months forward and will be reviewed on a quarterly basis, whereby there
will always be a 6 month forward forecast.
Where the Affiliate exceeds their targets, options on additional territories will be considered.
Termination of the Contract
TipTopJob will have the right to terminate the Affiliate contract if the financial targets
are not met within a contract term or with immediate effect if the Affiliate is in breach of the
contract.
TipTopJob or the Affiliate may give notice to terminate the
contract at
the end of a contract term.
