You will be responsible for Sales and Support for the Territory you are allocated and 2 email accounts will be available based on xx.sales@TipTopJob.com and xx.support@TipTopJob.com where xx = country code.  If a country is divided further then 'xxy' will be used in some allocation.

The Sales effort is directed in 3 ways: 1) Direct Employers; 2) Recruitment & Headhunt companies; and 3) Advertising Agencies (who act on behalf of their Clients).   There are numerous other general Advertisers not in recruitment that can be approached for Banner advertising, Sponsorship and Email Marketing.

There is an opportunity to sell the Services for each Country and each TipTopJob Industry market plus each of theINDUSTRYjob
sites.

It is the responsibility of the Partner to provide local support to there own Clients.  TipTopJob Central Support will be available to assist the Partner’s support staff.  Therefore, you should deal with your own sales and support email accounts on a daily basis.  Where additional assistance is required, emails can be forwarded to the central HQ email accounts whereby we will sort the query as soon as possible then reply back to yourselves so that you can reply to the original email query.

We are always interested in any assistance with content for the static areas of the sites, especially for the local country content.  These can be submitted to the TipTopJob Marketing Team for updating on a regular basis.

The Partner will provide Country based Marketing to supplement any Central based Marketing.  Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) will be operated by the HQ team; however; PCP (Play per click payment) can be placed and paid by the Partner. 

The Partner can do their own advertising with the Search Engines by first getting the keywords approved by the HQ Marketing Team.  It will be expected that an agreed monthly budget will be spent on PCP advertising each month.  Non Search Engine advertising is encouraged but approval of any advertisement is required prior to publishing.

The Partner has to sign a Contract with TipTopJob for an agreed Territory Area that will be defined as a Country; a series of Countries or one or more Regions within a Country.  There will be performance targets to be met and any extension of a Contract will be negotiated 2 months before the end of the Contract.
