The Company relies on direct connections for Internet access and there may be times when this connection or the alternative connection is not available from our provider. Development of the SystemTipTopJob will provide on-going development of the systems to improve the system and provide for additional features. A range of new features are in the pipeline and will be made available as soon as practical. Online Support SystemsThe Company provides the back office system as part of the online TipTopJob system. This provides a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) that allows contact information to be stored against Clients with advertiser information and statistics on the use of the system. Support ServicesThe TipTopJob Support team is available to the Partner to assist in the operation of the sites. It is anticipated that the Partner will provide email and telephone support for their Territory with referral to HQ where problems cannot be solved. (i.e. the problem is forwarded by the Partner to HQ and not direct contact) MarketingThe TipTopJob Marketing & PR Teams are available to the Partner to assist in the marketing, advertising and public relations in their Territories. Finance & AccountingAll sales will be paid through the Credit Card system so that money is received in advance. The only other alternative will be for a Bank Transfer to the TipTopJob account in the UK and when cleared funds are received, the Clients Account credits will be activated. All accounting will be handled by TipTopJob (International) Ltd or one of the local TipTopJob Companies that is defined by TipTopJob. Credit card payments are currently made through the World Pay system, operated by The Royal Bank of Scotland plc. TipTopJob may appoint another card payment provider more suitable in areas where it is more appropriate. Under no circumstances must any monies for any TipTopJob services be paid into any other account. The Partner will be provided with a monthly report on all monies received for the payment period and the Commission will be transferred directly into the Partner Bank account on the last working day of the month, all payments being made one month in arrears of receipt. ManagementTipTopJob (International) Ltd will manage all the Partner Companies and will work to a Financial Plan for your Territory Area. Reporting to the International Sales Director will normally be monthly. Office facilityTipTopJob may operate a Virtual Serviced Office in some Countries where a Partner is appointed. The Partner may choose to operate from this office; use this address as the postal address and use a telephone number through this office, however, TipTopJob will only pay for the virtual office and all other costs will be for the local Partner who will be required to sign a Contract with Serviced Office Provider. The Serviced Office facility is based on securing an office and payment is made monthly in advance per workstation (i.e. per person). A workstation comprises of a desk, telephone, a PC with an Internet link, a chair and a separate office from which to work. Interview and Meeting rooms are normally available to hire within their buildings. The basic monthly cost covers for the number of workstations and is payable in advance. The extras are charged in arrears for the telephone, the PC, outgoing telephone calls, fax calls and Internet access although a deposit will be required at start up. They also offer other administration extras such as photo-copying; typing letters, etc if required. The Partner will only offer the TipTopJob services and not offer any other services from any other Supplier unless written approval has been given by TipTopJob (International) Ltd. User Guide TipTopJob will supply a User Guide and other assistance in getting started. This will be supplied once you have been accepted as a Partner. |
