Legal Considerations

The Partner and the Agent will be required to sign a legal contract to agree the operation and procedures as specified in this document. 

Termination of the Contract

TipTopJob will have the right to terminate the Partner Contract if the Financial Targets are not met within a Contract Term or with immediate effect if the Partner is in breach of the Contract.   

TipTopJob or the Partner may give notice to terminate the Contract at the end of a Contract Term.

Any payments that continue after the end of a Contract Term will still be payable for a period of 6 months except where the Partner is in breach of the Partner Contract, where all payments will be stopped.

Forecast & achievements

The Partner will be expected to present Forecast figures for 6 months forward and will be reviewed on a quarterly basis, whereby there will always be a 6 month forward forecast.

Where the Partner exceeds their targets, options on additional territories will be considered.
