TipTopJob is sold in several ways:

• Direct online buying of Jobs and Banners

• Direct TipTopJob Telesales teams - from the UK

• Partners in allocated Territories

The products are Job Advertising; Banner Advertising; CV database search; Sponsorship; Email Marketing.  All products are sold on a 'Credit' basis therefore a Client buys a group of Credits and can spend them on most of the Products.  This allows us to price the Credits at different prices in different Countries or Territories to suit.

Clients can have variation on the standard prices and the back-end system allows us to discount by Client. 

Marketing is done centrally by the HQ Team where numerous items are included in the site.  Separate inclusion of items on a particular country site is available if suggestion are made and are forwarded to the HQ Marketing Team.   In the same way, Public Relations (PR) is also controlled by the same Team.
