Company Profile

The TipTopJob Group consists of a matrix of jobsites. It allows job searching and advertising on the generalist site, TipTopJob.com as well as 35 industry-specific alternatives, which are called 'theINDUSTRYjob sites'.  Our systems are available worldwide across over 85 countries and available 24 x 7 throughout the year.

The business model for covering the International market is to operate through Partners.  They will have the responsibilities to act as our Representatives for the Company abroad.  Opportunities are available for operating your own business within our business.

Company Structure

TipTopJob (International) Ltd is the holding Company in the group and handles all International Contracts. It is based in the UK from offices in Slough, close to London Heathrow airport.  The Company operates the services through the HQ Team covering the International environment for Management, Financial, Business Development, Partner Liaison; Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, IT Development, Operations, and Support. At present, the Company has the following Companies:

• TipTopJob (UK) Ltd  -  Sales Agent for UK: England & Wales

• TipTopJob Inc  -  USA & Canada

• TipTopJob (Australia) Pty Ltd   -  Australasia & Asia

Mike Dauncey founded TipTopJob in early 2000 and decided to invest in developing a world-wide Job portal.  After over 2½  years of development employing their own staff, the product was launched in August 2002.

Mike’s background started in Computer Software back in the late 60’s and early 70’s and then went on to operate one of the UK’s longest running IT Recruitment Businesses, which has now operated for over 30 years.  Additionally, he also operates a Computer Consultancy which offers Web design, IT Development and Web Hosting.

The HQ team provides the backbone to the business and operate all the systems and support services.  They cover the following areas:

• Business Management; Finance & Accounting; Administration; Marketing; Public Relations

• Web design; IT Development; IT Operational Support; Client & Candidate Support; Partner Support & Management
